In September 2025, a B2B SaaS event management platform partnered with DaSilva Consulting. At the time, the site was in the middle of a year-long organic decline — estimated traffic value had fallen by more than two-thirds from its late-2024 peak, commercial keyword rankings were slipping, and the content and authority signals that had worked before were no longer holding. The brief was to arrest the slide and rebuild category-level visibility in a crowded software space.
We focused on rebuilding the fundamentals that drive category-level search authority in a crowded software space:
• Audited the site against current technical and content standards to identify the specific signals that had weakened.
• Rebuilt title, meta, and H1 alignment across core commercial pages to match high-intent search intent.
• Targeted a focused set of generic commercial keywords where the brand had historical authority but had lost ground.
• Layered in consistent monthly link development anchored to the target keyword set, restoring category relevance signals.
